1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including quad rental bookings. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are made in person or via our online form at escapekrk.com

• Payment is made on location in cash or credit card, unless otherwise agreed.

• A confirmation message will be sent to your email/phone number once we review and accept your request.

3. Eligibility to Rent

To rent our vehicles, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Hold a valid driver’s license – B category drivers license ( standard car license )

• Present a valid ID at the time of rental

• Accept and sign a rental agreement paper.

We reserve the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in refusal of future bookings.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, safety concerns, or vehicle availability.

5. Liability and Damages

• Renters are fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.

• A damage deposit of 500EUR is required before rental (cash or card).

• Understand that if you deposit with card, we may need up to 2days before money is transfered back to your bank account.

• In case of an accident, renters must notify us and, if required, the local police.

6. Safety and Rules of Conduct

• Helmets are mandatory and provided by us.

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Unsafe, reckless, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of rental without refund. ( if vehicle is not damaged we will return the damage deposit)

• Vehicles must be returned on time and in the condition received.

What results in immediate termination?

 Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Speeding, doing stunts, or ignoring traffic rules. Driving off-road if it’s not allowed. Letting someone else drive who isn’t authorized or licensed. Ignoring your safety instructions (e.g., refusing to wear a helmet). Harassing staff or other guests.
