1. What type of driver’s license do I need?

You need a valid B category driver’s license (car license) to rent and operate our quads.

2. What is the minimum age to rent a quad?

You must be 21 years old or older with a valid driver’s license.

3. Can I ride with a passenger?

Yes! All of our quads allow for one passenger. Just let us know when you book.

4. Are helmets provided?

Absolutely — helmets are included and are mandatory for both drivers and passengers.

5. Do I need to book in advance?

Booking in advance is highly recommended, especially during summer months.

6. Do I have to pay online?

No, you pay in cash on location — quick and simple.

7. How long can I rent a quad for?

We offer various options: 2h, 4h, 6h, and full-day rentals. More days also available. Custom tours will be available in the future.

8. Where do we start the ride?

Rides start from our base Location – Kanajt 5, Punat, Croatia, in front of Hotel Kanajt.

9. Is fuel included in the price?

Yes, fuel is included in the offer.

10. Do I need to sign anything?

Yes, all renters must sign a rental agreement and a safety waiver before starting the ride. We also give a deposit confirmation.

11. Is a security deposit required?

Yes, our damage deposit is 300 EUR per quad. It’s fully refundable if the quad is returned in same condition.

12. What happens if it rains?

If the weather makes riding unsafe, we can reschedule or cancel the ride free of charge.

13. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — you can cancel up to 24 hours before the ride without any fee.

14. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Avoid flip-flops or sandals.

15. Can children ride?

Children 12 years and older can ride as passengers on two-seater quads, with a parent or guardian. Kids under 12 are not allowed.

16. Do you offer guided tours?

Yes, we will offer it shortly. But currently not available!

17. Do you provide instructions before the ride?

Yes — we’ll give you good detailed instructions before you head out on your own.

18. Is insurance included?

Yes, basic liability insurance is included and is valid on road and traffic. Off roading is not insured! The quad is in your hands and you are responsible for any damage of the vehicle! 

19. What happens if I damage the quad?

You will be responsible for repair costs of the quad. We calculate the cost of parts on site and we show you the prices for the damaged quad + labor. We are experienced and we know and explain everything about parts and labor.

20. Can I rent multiple quads for a group?

Yes! We can accommodate group bookings. Additionally there are group ride rules you must obey! Contact us in advance to arrange everything smoothly.
